We provide services that are mostly focused on land use, urban and community development. These services can include local road and pipe networks (water supply and sewage disposal), rubbish collection, street lighting, public libraries, swimming pools and playgrounds.The ability to provide for local needs is one of the strengths of local government.

  
   
   
 
 

Welcome fellow Atlantans to the newly reconstructed H. Lamar Willis website. I want to thank you for the opportunity to serve as your Post 3, At-Large Councilmember. This website is to provide you with information, news, and events around our City and to allow all the citizens of Atlanta to enter into a bigger role in the governmental process.
